ACROYOGA
AcroYoga is a new discipline in full development. AcroYoga combines the wisdom of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics and the arts of wellness. The elements that underpin the practice of AcroYoga cultivate trust, play and community. Being present in the moment and balancing with a partner is the essence of AcroYoga.
